Gérald Desmullier

From an early age, Gerald knows that he wants to make his passion his job.

He continues his studies brilliantly, wins the gold card contest and becomes a finalist of the Coq Saint-Honoré trophy. Afterwards, he travels, discovers, learns from Chef Michel Kayser at the Alexandre restaurant in Nîmes (two Michelin stars) and in 2008 in Courchevel at Kilimanjaro (two Michelin stars), marks his return to the roots with the Chef Jean Plouzenec (master cook of France and president of the Toques Blanches du Roussillon), then becomes chef de la Littorine.

Gérald Desmullier works and revisits Mediterranean dishes that should not leave indifferent the finest palates in search of gourmet getaways. Map and menus evolve with the seasons. Fresh and local products in the spotlight of course.
