The olive grove of Mas Boutet

Located behind the Grand Hotel du Golfe, the olive grove of Gildas and Isabelle Girodeau is accessible on foot. They produce an excellent organic labeled olive oil and many other products from the olive. Visits to the olive farm are possible upon reservation.

Les anchois Desclaux

La maison Desclaux vous accueille pour vous faire découvrir ses anchois et ses produits régionaux. 

Vous y trouverez une salle d’exposition pour laquelle l’histoire des anchois de Collioure est résumée à travers toute une collection de tableaux et des pièces historique. Assistez également à des ateliers de démonstrations et de dégustations. 

Pour ceux qui le souhaite, vous pourrez vous rendre dans leur nouvelle épicerie fine (Anchois, produits régionaux et spécialités locales).

On our Catalan coast, between Saint-Cyprien and Cerbère, continues a small-scale fishing activity.

From 8am the craftsmen set up their stalls on the platform and sell their production directly.

Tramontane Wines ​

Born from the combination of skills of Andy Cook and Philippe Gard, Tramontane Wines offers a selection of wines from the best soils of Roussillon. After the Collioure, Banyuls and Côtes du Roussillon from the vineyards Coume del Mas and Mas Cristine they selected plots and products from their collaborators and offer a wide range of grape varieties and terroirs.

Le Clos des vins d’Amour ​

It is their passion for wine that led Christine and Nicolas Dornier, both oenologists, to embark on the Clos des vins d'amour adventure, to which Nicolas' brother (Christophe) and his wife (Laurence) are associated. . Lovers will be spoiled for choice in wines with evocative names of tenderness and voluptuousness of this organic farm of the Agly Valley, whose 25-hectare vineyard undulates on the black shale hills that connect St. Paul from Fenouillet to Tautavel, where Catalan disappears before the langue d'oc.

Le Château de Valmy

Since 1930, this family winery has combined the excellence of wines with the beauty of the vineyard.
